Not necessarily! While senior roles like Head Baker and Lead Barista require experience, our Bagel Baker, Front of House, and Barista positions offer full training. We hire for attitude and passion — we can teach the skills. If you're reliable, eager to learn, and love food and people, we want to hear from you.
